It is always interesting to observe people when you travel by bus/train/flight or any other means. It is also even more interesting to observe young guys and girls (including myself that is...i'm still young ;-)) at the shopping complexes and malls. Just sit outside and watch people coming in or going out.
Chances are that we will learn a lot. Just the way some people speak, what they wear, their expressions, the way they talk to others, the way they treat others can tell us a lot about their character. It is very fascinating to observe how different one person is from the other. Even the smallest of gestures like the facial expression or the eye movement or the sitting posture reveals a lot.
Sometimes it so happens that an overtly expressive person is in all likelihood short of confidence. A beautiful lady in the midst of ordinary looking crowd might have obviously changed things (read surgery, fake; of course not all women are fake!) to a great extent. Some guys or girls steal quick glances at each other when they think the other one isn't looking. Some who pride themselves as being above the rest intellectually, busy themselves in some sort of magazine or newspaper. Some even try to look busy by typing randomly at their mobile phones or just for show-off.
I personally love to be with people who aren't evasive. Lively conversations thrown in with some warmth and a sense of humor make for a day well spent. Probably, the next time we travel or are in a place with a few others, a friendly glance might not be such a bad idea :-)

Someone who read this blog recently ( "@ Sunnyboy", who obviously did not have time to post the comment by himself) said it might be a bad idea to give a friendly glance to anyone because it might give people wrong ideas!!!
LOL...well, you cannot do much about the pervs right? And even when I wrote that line, I thought people might not be so foolish as to carelessly talk or give away personal info everywhere!!
And @Sunnyboy, I'm sure you'd take my jibes sportingly :-P
